At the age of 24, Chef Mark was already one of the youngest Executive Chefs
ever in the city of Las Vegas, USA. He has worked in various places including
casinos, hospitals, restaurants and even schools. Chef Mark has worked as a private
caterer to many of the biggest names in show business including Jack Nicklaus, Montel
Williams, Eddie Murray, Joan Jet, Styx, Molly Hatchett, Kansas, REO Speedwagon, and Journey,
just to name a few. He is currently very popular as a Vegan Health Chef, having produced over
100 hours of cooking programs airing on four different television networks in North America.
Chef Mark has also authored three life changing cookbooks and his latest, called “Simply Incredible
Flavor” already has six doctor’s recommendations. Chef Mark strongly believes that making healthy
